What I build

Software for recruitment and staffing

Digital timesheets

Temps submit hours from their phone; clients approve with one click; payroll gets a clean export.

Candidate portal

Registration, documents, right-to-work checks and availability in one place.

Client portal

Clients request staff, approve timesheets and see invoices without emails.

Shift and booking tools

Shifts offered and filled in minutes, with confirmations to everyone.

Compliance tracking

Expiring documents and checks flagged before they become a problem.

Agency dashboards

Fill rates, margins and hours by client and consultant.

AI, right now

Where AI genuinely helps

Agencies run on candidates, clients and timesheets, and many still collect signed PDF timesheets by email before payroll. 2026 recruitment software guides point to AI matching, CV parsing and mobile timesheets with integrated payroll as the new baseline.

I haven’t built for a recruitment agency yet, so I won’t pretend otherwise. What I bring is the same building blocks I’ve shipped for real clients, shown below.

  • Candidate matching

Candidates ranked against a role by skills and experience, for a consultant to review.

  • CV parsing

CVs read into structured profiles automatically, ready to search.

  • Job ads and outreach drafts

Adverts and candidate messages drafted, then edited by your team.

  • Timesheet checks

Unusual hours or missing approvals flagged before payroll runs.

Similar work

Data, security and access

  • Candidate data handled under UK/EU GDPR principles: minimal, access by role, deletable on request.
  • Clients only see their own workers, timesheets and invoices.
  • Consultants make every placement decision; AI only ranks and drafts.
  • Every timesheet approval is logged.

How a project runs

  1. Call

A 30-minute call about what you need, who it is for, and what success looks like.

  2. Scope

A written scope: features, architecture, timeline, price range and risks.

  3. Build

Working increments you can click through, not a big reveal at the end.

  4. Ship

Live on your domain and hosting, with a handover so you know how it runs.

Questions

Common questions

Do we have to replace our ATS?

No. Timesheets, portals and dashboards can sit alongside your ATS and share data through its API or exports.

Do temps need to install an app?

No. Timesheets and shifts work in the phone's browser.

Can clients approve timesheets without logging in?

Yes, through a secure one-click link in an email, with the approval recorded.

How much does it cost?

A focused first version is a fixed-price project, scoped and priced after a 30-minute call (MVPs start from $3,000). Ongoing work can run on a monthly retainer.

Chasing timesheets every Monday?

A 30-minute call is enough to tell whether it fits, what the first version should include, and how long it takes.
