Who is responsible

This site is run by Prayag Dalal, a freelance developer based in India ("I"). For anything about your data, email prayagdalal1111@gmail.com.

What I collect and why

When you send the contact form

I collect what you type (name, email, company, the service you're interested in, budget range, timeline and message), plus the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you followed. I use this only to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

To stop spam and abuse, I also store a one-way hash of your IP address together with the time of submission. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (Article 6(1)(f)).

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com. The booking calendar loads only when you choose to open it, or when you go to cal.com directly. Cal.com processes your booking under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

Attribution in your browser

If you arrive through a link with campaign tags, those tags and the referring site are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so they can be sent with the contact form. Nothing is stored if you don't send the form.

Who processes your data

• Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form submissions (Cloudflare D1), checks for bots (Turnstile) and provides analytics.
• Telegram delivers a notification to me with the contents of each form submission.
• Cal.com handles call bookings, if you book one.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU, under their own data-protection terms.

How long I keep it

Form submissions are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless we start working together. IP hashes used for spam protection are cleared after 30 days.

Your rights

If you're in the EU, EEA or UK, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to how it's used, or ask for a copy. Email prayagdalal1111@gmail.com and I'll respond within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
