What I build

Software for coaching and courses

A sales site that converts

Programme pages, SEO guides, live countdowns to your next session and an on-brand design that matches your price point.

Applications and enrolment

Multi-step applications, review and waitlists in your admin, then a clear next step to book a call or pay.

Payments and memberships

Stripe one-off payments, cohorts and monthly or yearly memberships that grant the right access automatically.

Member areas

Dashboards built from what each member bought, protected video, live-session links and resources in one place.

Referrals and testimonials

Referral links with tracking, commissions and prize levels, plus testimonials members submit and you approve.

An admin you run yourself

Applications, products, sales, members and settings managed by you and your team, without a developer for every change.

AI, right now

Where AI genuinely helps

Coaching and course businesses usually grow on a stack of tools: one for the website, one for payments, one for the course, one for the community and one for email. Each works on its own, but members fall through the gaps between them, and the fees add up.

One platform you own puts the whole journey in one place: a visitor reads, applies, pays and lands in a dashboard built for what they bought. The Boivin Coaching platform is exactly that, built in Replit for one of poker’s best-known players.

  • A study assistant on your own material

Members ask questions and get answers drawn from your courses and session notes, with the source linked, so the answers sound like you.

  • Faster application review

AI summarises each application and highlights what you care about; you still decide who gets in.

  • Recordings into resources

Session recordings become transcripts, summaries and study notes your members can search.

  • Member support from your FAQ

Common questions about access, schedules and billing answered from your own policies, with a hand-off to you when needed.

Data, security and access

  • Card payments go through Stripe Checkout, so card numbers never touch your servers.
  • Each member can only reach what they paid for, enforced on the server, with videos served through signed links that expire.
  • Members' personal data can be exported or deleted on request, which UK and EU members are entitled to ask for.
  • The code, the accounts and the data are in your name.

How a project runs

  1. Call

A 30-minute call about what you need, who it is for, and what success looks like.

  2. Scope

A written scope: features, architecture, timeline, price range and risks.

  3. Build

Working increments you can click through, not a big reveal at the end.

  4. Ship

Live on your domain and hosting, with a handover so you know how it runs.

Questions

Common questions

Should I build my own platform or use Kajabi, Teachable or Circle?

Hosted platforms are a good way to start. A custom platform starts to make sense when you need things they don't do well, such as applications and selection, several programmes with different access, referral commissions or your own brand end to end, or when the monthly fees and add-ons keep growing.

Can members keep their access if I move platforms?

That's planned into the move. Member lists, purchases and content are brought across, and access is mapped to the new roles before anyone switches over.

Can I sell cohorts, memberships and one-off products together?

Yes. One-off payments and recurring memberships run side by side, and a member can hold several at once, each unlocking its own content.

How much does a coaching platform cost?

A first version is a fixed-price MVP, which starts from $3,000. The written scope after a 30-minute call sets the exact price; ongoing work can run on a monthly retainer.

Building a coaching, course or membership business?

A 30-minute call is enough to tell whether it fits, what the first version should include, and how long it takes.
