What I build

Software for marketing agencies

Client reporting dashboards

Ads, analytics, SEO and email data combined into one branded dashboard per client.

Client portal

Briefs, approvals, deliverables and reports in one branded place.

Workflow and approvals

Requests, tasks and client approvals tracked without email chains.

Internal tools

Resourcing, time and profitability per client in one view.

White-label products

Tools or micro-SaaS you can sell to clients under your brand.

Data pipelines

Data from ad platforms and analytics pulled in automatically and kept in sync.

AI, right now

Where AI genuinely helps

Agencies lose hours every month to manual reporting and approvals scattered across email. 2026 guides point to automated, branded client dashboards with AI summaries as the standard, and to portals that keep clients informed without meetings.

I haven’t built for an agency as a client yet, so I won’t pretend otherwise. What I bring is the same building blocks I’ve shipped for real clients, shown below. For agencies, I also work as a white-label development partner.

  • Report summaries that write themselves

Each report opens with a plain-language summary of what moved and why.

  • Content production

Briefs, drafts and variations produced faster, with your team editing everything.

  • Client questions answered

Clients ask about their own performance and get answers from their data, with the numbers shown.

  • Anomaly alerts

Sudden drops in spend, traffic or conversions flagged before the client notices.

Similar work

Data, security and access

  • Each client only sees their own data and reports.
  • Read-only access to ad and analytics accounts wherever possible.
  • AI keys on the server, with spending limits.
  • AI answers calculated from real data, with the figures shown.

How a project runs

  1. Call

A 30-minute call about what you need, who it is for, and what success looks like.

  2. Scope

A written scope: features, architecture, timeline, price range and risks.

  3. Build

Working increments you can click through, not a big reveal at the end.

  4. Ship

Live on your domain and hosting, with a handover so you know how it runs.

Questions

Common questions

Why not AgencyAnalytics or a reporting tool?

If one fits, use it. Custom suits agencies that want reporting no tool offers, their own client portal, or a product to resell under their brand.

Can you work as our white-label development partner?

Yes. I can build for your clients under your brand, with you owning the client relationship.

Which data sources can you connect?

Most ad, analytics and CRM platforms offer APIs. Which ones, and how, is set in the scope.

How much does it cost?

A focused first version is a fixed-price project, scoped and priced after a 30-minute call (MVPs start from $3,000). Ongoing work can run on a monthly retainer.

Want reporting and portals that make your agency look bigger?

A 30-minute call is enough to tell whether it fits, what the first version should include, and how long it takes.
